Shipping Policy

Every order ships with free, fully insured shipping within the United States. We pack discreetly and securely, and your stone is covered for its full value until it reaches you. This applies to all orders — live-auction wins and website purchases alike.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared. During or just after a live auction, please allow a little extra time as we work through orders.

Carrier, tracking & delivery time

We ship via insured USPS Ground Advantage, which usually delivers within about 2–5 business days after it's on its way. As soon as your order ships, a tracking number is available, and you can follow it any time from our Track my order page or in your account. Because these are high-value parcels, a signature is required on delivery.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

Every shipment is insured for its full value. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@mattsdiamonds.com as soon as possible (and keep all packaging) so we can file an insurance claim and make it right.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address provided. If a package is returned to us or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship once we reach you, and any reshipment cost may apply.
