By using this website, bidding in our live auctions, or purchasing from Matts Diamonds, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping policy, and Return & Refund policy, which are part of these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract to buy from us. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Our products

We sell laboratory-grown (man-made) diamonds — chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds, conflict-free, and independently graded by IGI. Each listing shows the exact stone you'll receive, with a 360° video and a verifiable IGI report. We disclose that all diamonds are lab-grown; they are sold as graded by IGI and carry no warranty beyond that grading report.

Live auctions

Many of our diamonds are sold through live auctions on TikTok and other live shows. When you win or claim a stone during a live, you're making a binding commitment to purchase it at the agreed price. You can review the 360° video and IGI report before claiming, so live-auction purchases are final sale (see our Return & Refund policy). If payment for a winning bid isn't completed, we may cancel the order and re-offer the stone.

Orders & payment

You can buy from us in a few ways: during a live auction (processed through TikTok's checkout), directly through our website checkout, or by paying an invoice or payment link we send you to complete a live-auction or agreed purchase. An order is confirmed only once payment has cleared. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Pricing & availability

Prices may change at any time. Our inventory is one-of-a-kind and sells live, so availability isn't guaranteed. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel any order affected by an obvious error, with a full refund.

Cancellations & returns

Live-auction wins and any discounted orders are final sale. Full-price website orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, or returned within 14 days of delivery (a 20% restocking fee applies). Every order is covered if it arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. Full details are in our Return & Refund policy.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Reviews & submissions

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it's your own and accurate, and you grant us permission to display, use, and remove it. Please keep submissions respectful — we may decline or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, images, and design — belongs to Matts Diamonds and may not be reused without permission. Diamond media and IGI reports are provided by our certifying laboratory and suppliers.

Disclaimer & liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matts Diamonds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Except for disputes subject to arbitration below, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Dispute resolution & arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved and limits your rights. First, we'd genuinely like the chance to make things right: please email info@mattsdiamonds.com and give us at least 30 days to resolve any issue before starting a formal proceeding.

If we can't resolve it, you and Matts Diamonds agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration — not in court — under the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act, administered by a recognized arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association) under its consumer rules. Arbitration will take place in Florida or, if you prefer, your home county, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Either party may still bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

Class-action waiver. Disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis. You and Matts Diamonds waive any right to bring or take part in a class, collective, or representative action, and an arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims.

Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing info@mattsdiamonds.com with your name and "Arbitration Opt-Out." Opting out won't affect any other part of these terms. Nothing in this section applies to the extent it's prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
